We fabricate custom wall panels for new cabs and site-measured elevator wall panel replacements for existing interiors. If the original panels remain sound, we can also restore elevator panels through new veneers, metal skins, and repaired detailing.

New construction vs. full replacement
Custom elevator interiors for new construction
We work from the architect's drawings and the elevator contractor's cab dimensions, deliver shop drawings and finish samples for approval, then fabricate and install to the construction schedule.
Elevator panel restoration and full replacement
For an existing building, we first assess whether elevator panel restoration can preserve the sound core and character. Where the shell is corroded or the design changes the weight class, we survey the car, engineer the replacement, and provide the required figures before fabrication.

Custom handrails and bumper rails are formed, finished, and fitted in stainless steel, bronze, brass, or a finish coordinated with the panels.

How it works
How a fabrication project runs

Drawings & dimensions
We start from the architect's drawings and the elevator contractor's cab dimensions, or survey the existing car on a replacement project.

Shop drawings & samples approved
Panel layouts, reveals, inlays and finishes are documented and sampled. Nothing is fabricated until the drawings are signed off.

Fabrication & pre-finishing in our shop
Panels, ceilings, trim, and metalwork are built and pre-finished in New York — so site time is installation, not construction.
04
Install coordinated with the elevator contractor
We install to the construction schedule, or alongside the elevator company's shutdown on an existing building.
